Hi there I’m Kath.

Zen with Kath is to share information about my services and tell you a little bit about me.

I am based in Lower Hutt New Zealand and do a lot of my work from a distance and at spiritual fairs.  Fairs are posted on my Facebook page and my monthly email (contact me to receive notifications).

Healings

My healing is based on the BlueStar Healing Method. This is a powerful quantum energy modality that works across multiple timelines and dimensions.

During a session my team and I will work on your energy centres (chakras) to remove stuck energy from past hurt or trauma that is not serving you or is holding you back. We will clean, balance and activate your energy flows. I will bring through messages from spirit to empower you to lift your vibrations and keep healthy. 

For remote healings I will record the session for you.

Readings (remote service)

My readings are usually a mix of channelled message and either oracle cards or visual image (depending on what spirit gives me for you).  I like to do these remotely and will send you a scanned image and a recording of the messages.
