The healing I offer is based on the BlueStar Healing Method - a powerful quantum energy modality that works across multiple timelines and dimensions.  I also channel healing from source energy, and use light language, crystals, sprays and sound (bowls and bells), and my pendulum.

During a session my team and I will work on your energy centres (chakras) to remove stuck energy from past hurt or trauma that is not serving you. We will clean, balance and activate your energy flows. I will bring through messages to empower you to lift your vibrations and keep healthy.

Channeled Reading & Coaching

I will connect with and channel my team and yours, to bring through messages and guidance for your highest and greatest good.

I can mix in or focus mainly on coaching, if this is what you need.  This involves answering your questions and providing guidance, tips and tricks - very helpful if you are new to spirituality and your awakening journey.   ​

Sound Baths

You will relax into bliss as I play the crystal singing bowls.  Bathing in these frequencies, which align with your main chakras, brings through relaxation, cleansing and a refreshment of your energy field.

Spiritual Art

Your spirit guides and helpers will bring through a visual image for me to draw (representing your true/higher self or a guide) and some channelled messages.  I like to do these remotely and will send you a scanned image and a record of the messages.
